I was on the lookout for a new cutting board when I found this one, and I'm so glad I gave it a shot. Bamboo is perfect for all sorts of kitchen gear like utensils and bowls, and this cutting board feels well made. My old one lasted for years but eventually cracked because I didn’t know how to care for it properly before this. The craftsmanship here is impressive, with the attractive finish and cool design taking it beyond just a basic cutting board. The butcher block style pattern, non-slip feet, juice channel, and side handles make this a premium choice. I actually leave this one on the counter instead of hiding it away in a cupboard like my previous ones. It's not only useful but also adds a nice touch to my kitchen decor. After a couple of washes, I noticed the wood looking a bit dry, so I followed the suggestion to apply some food-grade mineral oil. It brought back a lovely shine and helps it stay protected. I’ll be oiling it every few months depending on how much I use it. I usually hand wash it too since I want it to last. While I can't say if it keeps knives sharper longer since I've only had it for a short time, I trust that it will. This board is, and I’m giving it a solid five stars!

I’m really happy with this cutting board! It’s just the right size I needed, well made, and it looks nice on my counter. The price feels fair for what you get. Bamboo is a tough wood, so just a heads up on that. I haven't noticed my knives getting dull more quickly, and there are hardly any marks on the board even after using it many times. I do suggest giving it a good sanding, which they conveniently include sandpaper for. After washing it, the wood fibers feel raised. Overall, I would recommend this if you want a good bamboo cutting board.
