Return Policy

At Hawkins Woodshop, we take pride in offering both custom, USA-built furniture and carefully selected imported furniture. Because of the nature of our products, our return policy is as follows:

Made-to-Order USA-Built Furniture

Each of our USA-built pieces is handcrafted to your exact specifications. Throughout the build process, customers are provided multiple opportunities to review and approve details. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on made-to-order furniture.

Imported Furniture

While we do not issue refunds on any order for any reason, if an imported item arrives damaged or with missing parts, we will gladly arrange an exchange for a replacement.
