Are these pillows firm, soft, or medium?

These pillows are designed to feel soft and gently supportive. They are not firm pillows, so stomach sleepers and light sleepers typically find them most comfortable
Will the pillows go flat during use?

The hollow-fiber fill may compress under weight, especially for side or back sleepers who prefer a firmer feel. Fluffing the pillows helps restore loft between uses
Do the pillows come lumpy or uneven?

The pillows arrive vacuum-sealed, which can temporarily create uneven fill. Let them fully expand and fluff them thoroughly to redistribute the fiber
Why do they look flat when first opened?

Because they are tightly compressed for shipping. Allow 24–48 hours for full expansion. Fluffing by hand helps restore shape faster.
