I got my night stand today and I was really pleased with how nice it turned out. If you’re like me and tend to look at the negative reviews first, I say go for it anyway! This stand is nothing like what those bad reviews suggested. I even chuckled while putting it together thinking about those complaints. Honestly, it took me a bit over an hour and a half to assemble, but it wasn’t tough at all—just a bit time-consuming. The instructions were some of the best I’ve come across; they were clear, easy to understand, and actually written well (not like the confusing stuff some people mentioned). Just take your time with them. My drawer works perfectly too, and there’s an adjustment option that makes it easy to get it gliding smoothly. As for sturdiness, that comes down to how closely you follow the directions. Mine is solid with no wobble. I’m happy with my night stand, though I do think the price is a little high; it feels more like a $40-$50 piece rather than 80 bucks. But I appreciate that it’s mostly made in the USA by a local company. Overall, I’m happy with it and it looks great in my space!

I found the assembly straightforward with easy-to-follow step-by-step directions. The material is manufactured wood with a nice printed wood look. It really only requires a screwdriver and a hammer to get it together, which can be done by one person. Once you put the first piece together, the rest go quite quickly. While it’s not the highest quality material, I think it holds up better than some of the pricier options out there. I suggest using some Gorilla wood glue to strengthen the joints; it helps for a solid build, especially for the drawers. It looks nice and feels sturdy overall. If there are any issues like a broken part, I found it simple to request replacements from Hawkins Woodshop, and they shipped quickly. Overall, I'm happy with these end tables!
