Sturdy and easy to use
These folding chairs are solid and really easy to open and close. They arrived ready to use, which is great since everything was put together right from the start—no worries about me messing things up! The frame feels strong, and even my heavier friend can sit on it without any squeaks. The legs have rubber tips, but they slip around a bit on my wooden floor, so I added some anti-slip sleeves to help them grip better. The opening and closing mechanism is well-made, operating quietly without any flex. The seat cushion is pretty thick and firm, but comfortable enough for a long time. One little thing is that when the chair is closed, there's no lock to keep it shut, so it can pop open if I'm carrying it.

Great folding chairs
I just got the two chairs I ordered from Hawkins Woodshop today, and I’m so happy with them! My son, who is 6'3" and weighs 270, gave them a try and said they’re super comfortable and sturdy. I like that they fold up nicely. I can tell we’ll be using these a lot. I’m thinking about getting two more in the future. Highly recommend these!
