Just the right size
This machine is just the right size for my countertop. It’s not too loud and makes crushed ice super fast. It’s for my iced coffees and dirty sodas. Cleaning it is a breeze too. I’m happy with it and recommend it!

Great Ice Maker!
I got this for my son as a Christmas gift in November. After about 5 months, it stopped working, but I reached out to Hawkins Woodshop, and Colby quickly sent me a replacement. Must-have ice maker
This ice maker is fantastic. It does hum a bit, but it's pretty quiet and just blends into the background. The ice it produces has that crunch, kind of like what you get at Sonic or Chick-fil-A. Once the ice tray is full or if it runs low on water, it automatically goes into sleep mode, which is great. I use it daily, and I'm happy with the crunchy ice.

Works well, just wish the ice was a bit bigger
I've only had this ice maker for a day, but so far it's working great right out of the box. The instructions were straightforward, and I ran a cleaning cycle before I started using it. It started producing ice in about 15 minutes, and the ice tastes fine and is easy to chew. It's not too noisy at all – definitely not distracting. The ice bin filled up in roughly 2 hours. I turned it off before bed around 11 p.m. And when I got home around 4:45 p.m. Today, there was still a little ice left, which is impressive for a non-insulated container. I like how any melted ice drains back into the reservoir to be reused, which helps speed things up since it's cold water. My only issue is that the ice cubes are about the size of a fingernail, which is on the small side. I've heard some people call this "Sonic-style" ice, and the larger surface area means they'll melt faster in drinks. We're planning to take this to the beach, but appliances don’t always do well with the salt air, and ice makers often have issues there, especially if you're renting. I'm a bit worried that my drinks will turn watery too quickly on the porch during the summer heat, but we’ll see how it goes.
