The King Size: 78.3"L x 24" W x 3"THK, The Queen Size: 62.6"L x 24" W x 3"THK.

Both of them have legs to adjust height from 40.15" to 55.9".
Can I pair the headboard with any bed frame?

The king headboard can pair with King/California King size bed, The Queen headboard can pair with Queen/Full size bed.

Our bolts may not fit all bed frame.

But you can also sandwiched the headboard between bed frame and the wall.

looks great and super simple to put together

Really happy with this headboard. My kids were able to assemble it and my husband got it attached to our bed frame without any issues. It has adjustable legs so you can tweak the height to match your frame. I was worried our frame might be too short since it sits only 6 inches off the ground, but the headboard adjusted down just fine. Looks nice and it's simple to wipe clean. Just a heads up—the color is labeled white but it's more of an off-white, kind of between yellow and grey.

Very nice headboard

Got the king size headboard and it matches the pictures perfectly. It's a padded linen piece in grey-white, and I really like how tall it is—56 inches. Assembly wasn't too bad, took about half an hour. It attached to my bed frame smoothly, and you can mount it either way depending on what you need. The screws came with it, but I did notice there weren't any washers or nuts included for securing it to the frame. I used zip ties as a quick fix until I grab the right hardware. Overall it's a solid piece, good price, and looks great in the room.
