I had a bit of trouble with Hawkins Woodshop—they took quite a while to get back to me about my package being 'lost in transit,' but they did send a replacement fairly quickly. Unfortunately, one of the drawers came cracked, but they handled that swiftly too. That said, we got two of these shelves, and they are fantastic! They’re sturdy, made from heavy solid wood, and the bottom drawer unit arrives already put together. My 11-year-old loves building, so I had him help set them up, and honestly, it was so easy for him, I should have paid him less! If you're okay navigating a bit of a tough seller experience, I would recommend these. They fit perfectly over a register that was awkwardly placed, allowing air to flow while keeping my plants safe from direct cold or hot air.
