Got two of these for my miniature poodles to sleep in at night. Helps a lot with accidents and keeping them from chewing on stuff. The first one came out perfect - pieces were labeled well, drilled right, and the wood looked great. Instructions were easy to follow and it went together quick. The second unit was a different story though. Looked like it came from a different factory or something. Wood had some rough spots, paint on the bars was messy with drips, and there was sticky goop all over the edges that wasn't cleaned before they shipped it. Got the goopy stuff on a bunch of panels. We flipped the bad wood panels to the inside and cleaned it up, so it ended up looking decent enough for our living room. Seems like quality control can be hit or miss these days with overseas manufacturing. First one was gorgeous, second one not so much. But both units are heavy and stable, the hardware is solid, and they threw in extra parts which was nice. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. No major damage and the packaging was good. Happy with them overall.
