I think some of the negative reviews out there are missing the mark on this one. The build quality is solid and assembly isn't complicated—just standard picture instructions. First time took me about an hour, but now I know what I'm doing and could put it back together in 5–10 minutes if needed. The base and top are thick, sturdy wood, the metal grates feel like they'll hold up, and even though the back panel is thinner, it's reinforced properly and doesn't need to support any weight anyway. Everything lined up nicely during assembly. You can tweak the sliding door by adjusting the wood piece that holds the rail a bit, and that makes it glide way smoother. The locks had a few tiny paint chips and don't seem to be powder-coated, but honestly it's a small thing and didn't bother me. The wood finish looks good and doesn't feel flimsy. For what you're paying, this thing is a solid buy.

It took me about an hour the first time, but now I could have it back together in 5–10 minutes. The wood pieces for the base and top are solid and thick, and the metal grates seem really tough. The back panel is a bit thinner, but it’s well-reinforced and doesn’t hold any weight. Everything lined up nicely during assembly. I was able to adjust the sliding door a bit by tweaking the wood panel with the rail, and now it slides smoothly. I did notice some minor paint chips on the locks and they aren’t powder-coated, but it didn't affect the overall quality in my opinion. The wood finish looks nice and doesn't feel cheap at all. Honestly, I think they could charge a lot more for this level of quality.
