I found a solid deal here for what I needed for my rental property without going overboard on price. I actually bought this same model and color from Hawkins Woodshop last year, and it held up well through the seasons, though I did bring in the cushions during rain or snow. The color does fade a bit after a year of sun, but that's to be expected. Once it's all set up, the stability is decent, but keep in mind there’s a weight limit. I wish there was a better system to connect the sections together. I don’t use the small feet since we get little snakes around here in the summer, and I want to prevent them from getting underneath. The locking system is meant to go along with those feet, so I can't really use it. My only real letdown is that they altered the frame design from last year. The new frame is smaller and the cushions are thinner, which makes it less comfy than the previous model. Still, I can make it work for my needs.
