Great for tall dogs
The dog crate looks really nice! I'm not great with assembly so I had someone put it together for me—took about 2 hours. Almost a year later and I wanted to add that the quality has held up well, and it matches my flooring nicely. Just a heads up: since it's open on the sides, if your dog sheds a lot like mine does, you'll want to think about where you put it. I ended up having to cover the wall behind it because of all the hair buildup. The open design is different from my other crate upstairs that has a closed back, which is way easier to wipe down. Also didn't think about the metal needing regular cleaning—dust and debris show up pretty quick. My dog also managed to unscrew some bolts near the food bowl and escaped to the family room one night, which was funny but not ideal. We had to put bike chains on the sides to keep him contained after that. He also bangs his toys against the bars and honestly the noise gets loud pretty fast. All that said, I'm satisfied with it. It's sturdy and holds up well, even for my 100 lb Rottweiler.

Perfect base for our custom kitchen table
Grabbed a couple of these and decided to skip the tops when we assembled them. Grabbed some wood sheets, rolled on some marble finish, and boom - turned them into a kitchen table. Our huskies love hanging around it and we're really happy with how it turned out.

The best piece of furniture I've ever assembled
This is hands down the best purchase I've made in a long time. My office is tiny but my dog is always in there with me. He's getting older and needs somewhere safe when I have to step out. I wanted a big crate where he could sleep, eat, and move around. The 86.2" crate is exactly what I needed. It works as a desk too (with a drafting chair since it's tall) when I'm working. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, so assembly went smoothly. It's a sturdy, well-built piece that looks great. Set aside about 3 hours and be willing to take your time. The tolerances are snug, which keeps it sturdy, so don't force anything together—just try different angles and the pieces fit right in. Two people would make assembly easier, but I did it solo. I'm 5'6" and average strength, and I was able to move it around fine. My dog is a 106lb Czech Shepherd and he can stand up with room to spare and turn around with no problem. He got excited the second he saw it finished. This crate gives me real peace of mind when I have to leave him. The door locks are solid too—he's not getting out of those. I built it as one big space to give him maximum room, but it comes with a divider if you want to split it for two dogs. Even divided up, each side is still nice and roomy.

Great kennel
Really happy with this kennel. It looks nice and works great for what I need. My dog is a total escape artist and most kennels don't do the job, but this one holds up. He's got plenty of room to move around and stay comfortable. Plus it comes with the food and water bowls built in, which is convenient when I need to be out for a few hours without stressing.

finally a crate she can't escape from
My dog has gotten out of so many crates over the time, but this one keeps her contained. She actually seems to like it too, which is a nice bonus. Haven't had any breakout attempts yet.

Solid kennel, worth the assembly effort
This thing is substantial, in the best way. Putting it together takes some patience—the pieces ship flat to keep the box manageable, so the top, backsplash, and floor come in sections fastened with dowels. But everything lined up perfectly when I assembled it, and the finished product looks great. The assembly process is intense, kind of like a serious Ikea build. Instructions are mostly diagrams with minimal text, though I didn't run into any confusion about what goes where. Fair warning though—after assembling it in my kitchen where it'll live, I'm not confident it'll fit back out the door if that ever becomes necessary. What really impressed me was how precisely everything was made. The pre-drilled holes and anchors were exact, so I never had to force anything or fuss with misalignment. All parts showed up, and every fastener was there—they came organized in numbered pouches, which helped me stay on track. Organize before you start. Took me about two hours working solo. The steel is powder coated and I didn't spot any damage. The latches are a little thin but they work fine for their job, and you can take the doors off easily. The base has six legs—one at each corner and two tucked in from the sides—each with an adjuster and thick rubber pad so it sits level and stable. This kennel is built to last and does exactly what I wanted.

Nice crate, and Colby was really helpful
My crate showed up pretty damaged—the box had a huge tear in it and all the hardware fell out during shipping. That was on the carrier, not Colby, but he stepped up and got me a replacement hardware pack sent out fast. Really good to work with. The crate itself is solid. Assembly took some time since there are a bunch of pieces, but the instructions were clear so it wasn't a pain. Looks good, feels sturdy, and I like the rotating end panel that makes it easy to access the food and water bowls. Update after a few months—still holding up great and I'm happy with it. Only thing is the size is kind of odd, so finding a tray that fits inside has been impossible. Would've been nice if there were some options there.

Solid 4.8! Worth it!
Our lab mix is getting pretty tall, and I feel great about putting her in this kennel while I'm at work! There's plenty of room for her to sit, stand, and stretch. It's sturdy and makes having a big cage in the living room look nice. I even managed to put it together on my own. I was glad that her current bowls fit in the stand, and we’ll keep the ones that came with it for travel. My only issues aren’t about the quality. I’d give it a solid 4.8! I was a bit let down by the seams on top; it would look much better if those were solid. I also wish it had the option to place the swivel panel and bowls on either side since we can’t use that feature against the wall. Initially, the doors caught a bit, but adjusting the feet fixed that and now they work perfectly. The lock latches are good but could use a little tweaking to make them smoother to grab. Overall, definitely worth it!

Fantastic pen, amazing support from Colby
I got this pen but it arrived in pretty rough shape. The box was damaged with a big hole on the side, which let all the hardware fall out, so I couldn't put it together right away. This wasn’t Colby’s fault; it was all on FedEx. They even took a photo that hid the damage. Colby was great about it, though! They quickly helped me get a new hardware pack sent out, which had everything I needed. Their customer support was top-notch! As for the pen itself, it’s really nice. It took me a bit to assemble since there were so many parts, but the instructions were clear, so it wasn't too hard. It looks great and feels sturdy, plus I love the rotating end panel that makes it easy to access the food and water bowls. Just a heads up though—I've noticed it’s an odd size, so I can’t find any trays to fit inside it for those little accidents. That’s a bit disappointing.
