Great bar stools
I was worried these would look too rugged for our kitchen since they have that leather quilted thing going on. My husband wanted them though, so I went with it. He was at work when they arrived, so I assembled them myself - pretty straightforward to put together. They look good and feel comfortable to sit in. Plus they have actual back support, which is nice. The fabric seems solid and they hold up well. We did have a mix-up with our order at first - got 4 chairs instead of 5 - but Colby got it sorted within a few days. Would definitely order from Hawkins Woodshop again.

These turned out to be just the style and fit I was after. Getting in and out is simple without having to shove the seat back. The height adjustment works great for both grown-ups and children. They feel sturdy on hard floors, though not quite as stable on carpet. Wiping them down after the grandkids use them is no problem at all. Plus they're not heavy to move around.

This thing is comfortable. I've spent hours parked on it while working at my kitchen counter and it holds up well. Really solid build. Only thing I'd change is the footrest could be pushed out a bit more—like 2 or 3 inches further—because right now I have to keep my legs kind of bent back to keep my feet on it properly.
