Looks really nice once it's done. My only gripe is losing about 3-4 inches of height because the base doesn't sit flat on the floor. Feels like unnecessary wasted space down there. I’m really happy with this cabinet—it has a sleek black finish that looks sharp. I’m pretty handy, and it took me about three hours to put together. The first half hour was just sorting out the parts and getting everything ready. The instructions are all pictures, which are pretty clear, but you have to follow them closely. I think some folks might rush and get frustrated because there are a few tricky steps where you could end up putting something on wrong. I had to redo a few steps, but it wasn’t a big deal since I caught it early on. Keep in mind, the material is MDF, not solid wood, so be careful with the screws when you’re assembling. I did strip a few screws but just took it slow and used a hand screwdriver instead of a powered one. Despite that, the cabinet still feels sturdy. The advantage of MDF is that the pieces fit together well, which makes the final product look nice and straight. Just be extra cautious with the drawer guides to ensure everything lines up properly. The gold handles aren’t the fanciest, so we switched them out to better match our kitchen. They fit a standard size, but if you plan to get new ones, just remember they can be pricey. Overall, it’s a solid cabinet for the price. The matte black finish looks upscale, and everything works smoothly. It’s worth the money and should last us a long time. We’re pleased with it.
