Showed up in good condition despite the box taking a beating during shipping—clearly packed with care. Assembly took about an hour with two of us and was pretty easy, with pieces that all lined up well. We're really happy with this hall tree! It feels sturdy even without anchoring it to the wall, and the overall build quality is solid. The printed laminate finish on the "wood" looks a bit cheap, but everything feels substantial underneath. It costs a bit more than some other options out there, but at CAD$170 it was worth it for us. The extra height and width let us fit 4 pairs of shoes across, which works for our tight space. Would recommend it. 10/10

This entryway rack has everything we need. Good quality for the price. It's lightweight but sturdy. The instructions are easy to follow, all the parts are clearly labeled, and nothing was missing. Compact and attractive
I was looking for a hook rack with brass hardware to match my front room light fixtures and wanted to replace my old shoe shelf at the same time. Came as an 18 kg package. It rattled a bit in the box, but soon as i opened it up there were some sturdy foam panels protecting everything inside. Smart packing. So i got to work. All the parts were wrapped in plastic bags and easy to sort out. Had the whole coat rack built in about 30 minutes without any confusion about the order of assembly. All the screws fit smoothly and threaded in without any issues. The extension pieces for the back rods fit snug and tight. Ended up with a practical and comfortable hallway organizer that looks nice too, though that depends on your decor. Since i prefer hanging jackets and blazers on hangers, it's a bit tricky to reach the adjustable hooks on the grid wall. Figure i'll work something out though. Main thing is i have a sturdy spot to sit while putting shoes on, and yes, both of my shoe shelves actually hold all my shoes! Definitely worth getting.
