Great overall but a couple of quirks

I’m really pleased with the product. It fits well in my living room and looks great. Just a heads up, the tray doesn't fully cover the floor of the crate if you place it over the floor bars to keep my dog comfy. Also, my dog figured out how to unlatch the door on the first day, so I use carabiner clips to keep it secure. Those are my main issues, but the customer service from Hawkins Woodshop is top-notch, which makes a difference when buying something.
