We're crate training our older dog after his procedure, so we swapped out my bedside table for this crate. It's the perfect size for both him and for keeping my things handy while in bed! (Haha) He's adjusting well, and it looks nice, too. Easy to put together! A soft cloth wiped it down nicely. It's a good quality item. The pad that comes with it is a bit thin, so if you're after something cushier, you might want to add an extra pad. But for our dog's recovery, a thinner pad works well right now. Just a heads-up: this crate is probably better for already potty-trained dogs since it doesn't have a removable bottom. If you have a pup that has accidents, this crate might not be the best fit.
