Directions Could be clearer. Happy with my purchase.
I waited quite a while to get my hands on this motorized ceiling TV mount, and now that it’s here, I’m really enjoying it. The only thing I wish was better is the instructions—could use some clearer directions. Overall, happy with how it works. I've got a 60-inch flat screen mounted on it, and it looks great!

I found this unit really easy to install. It's pretty quiet and drops down in about 25 to 30 seconds. My only complaint is that it doesn’t come with an app; it just has a basic remote. I did sync it with my Bond bridge, though, which lets me set up a shortcut to lower it while I turn on my TV and then raise it when I turn the TV off. It works well as a workaround, but an app would have been nice. Overall, I’ve got no major issues. It’s affordable and operates fast and quietly.

Best Way to Hide a tv
I'm happy with this electric ceiling tv mount; it's made a huge difference in my bedroom. It freed up a ton of space, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I mounted my 42 inch tv on it, and the mount can pivot about 75 degrees. This means you can have the tv fairly straight down or at an angle, which is how I have mine. We usually watch while in bed so don't need it to come down at 75 degree angle. Just so you know, you do need to plug it in, so make sure there's an outlet or power strip nearby. My installation was a little tough because I had to add a new junction box in the ceiling to keep all the cables hidden. I wanted a really clean, tidy look with no wires showing, and I used the same power source for my tv, too. The mount feels really solid, it's made of heavy duty steel and looks and feels very well made. The bracket is a bit heavy, so you’ll definitely need a second person to help with the installation, maybe even a third. Luckily, all the hardware you need comes in the box. The holes on the bracket are spaced exactly 16 inches apart, which is perfect for lining up with studs. Overall, I'm pleased with how it turned out. This is an awesome way to keep your room looking clean while still having your tv right where you want it. The mount opens and closes in about 25 to 35 seconds, it's really cool and looks hidden when it's closed. The whole package was put together well, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The remote is super convenient. I love that you can use it to set the exact angle you want to watch tv from, and you can even save a few of your favorite positions to memory. The white color is a nice touch, too, it blends in perfectly with my ceiling and is much less noticeable than a black one would be. Overall quite happy with this.
