I have a baseboard on my bedroom wall, so my headboard doesn't sit flush against it, which made it bang against the wall every time I moved in my sleep or sat up to read or watch TV. It was super annoying, not just for me but probably for my neighbors too. These Eva foam pads fixed the issue right away. A few other reviewers mentioned that they damaged their walls because the pads stuck to them, but that hasn't been my experience. Just make sure to follow the instructions and keep the adhesive side of the pad away from the wall by not removing the protective strip on that side.

I just got a new headboard, but whenever I move side to side in bed, it keeps banging against the wall. I was really hoping these would help, but they just peel off the headboard and don’t stay put. It’s just as frustrating as the wall banging. I even tried sticking them to some wooden boxes on the back of the headboard, thinking they would hold better there, but that didn’t work either. A waste of money.
