I'm really happy with this kennel. I’ve always disliked cages, but sometimes they’re necessary, so I wanted something that wouldn't clash with our living room. It looks nice and is solidly built. Just a heads up, if you have a pup that likes to chew or try to escape, this might not hold up as well. Thankfully, our dogs are pretty well behaved. We chose to remove the bowl drawer on one side since my big dog needed more space to lay down, which you can see in the last couple of pictures. My husband had no trouble putting it together, so that was a plus too.

Worth the work
This is definitely worth the money, and it fits just right in the spot I needed it. I have a pitbull and an Australian shepherd, and they fit great, but it's not for any dogs that like to escape. I'm a fan of the double latches and the bowls. One feature I didn’t see coming is the latch on the drawer that keeps it steady while the dogs eat—such a smart design! The only downside is the 27 steps to assemble it, and some of those steps have mini steps inside. It gives Ikea a run for its money, but the instructions were clear, which was nice, plus there were extra screws in every step. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one deserves it. Highly recommend!
