I’m really happy with this purchase! The clarity is great, and I love the lights on it. The build quality feels solid, and it’s a good weight. Packaging was great with no damage, and it seems durable—this case is sturdy. Just a heads up: If you’re using the Home version of MS 365 on Chrome, the 'bar' comes with both a USB and a jack plug. I connected the USB and jack to my laptop, and it worked fine until I tried to ask Chrome to spell something. I ran into an issue with the mic, but I figured it out. I unplugged the jack and left the USB in, and then the mic responded just fine, so it works without the jack. I have an ASUS laptop, but it shouldn’t make a difference. If this fix doesn’t work for you, check YouTube for more tips. It also comes with a small setup guide and an extra USB-C jack in some sealed packaging. Overall, satisfied!

Just a heads up: I have a Home version of MS 365 and use Chrome. The setup included a USB and a jack plug. I plugged those into my laptop, and everything worked perfectly until I tried using Chrome for spell-checking. I had a little hiccup with the microphone not picking up my voice. I tried to figure it out and found that unplugging the jack but leaving the USB connected allowed the microphone to work just fine. I’ve got an ASUS laptop, but that shouldn’t matter much. If anyone else runs into issues, I’d recommend checking YouTube. Instructions for setup come in a small booklet, plus an extra USB-C jack in the package. Overall, I'm happy with it!
