I have to say, my first impression of these pads was not great. I thought they would feel sticky or rubbery like other ones I've used, but they’re actually made of foam. When I took them out of the box, they didn’t feel grippy at all. I was skeptical but decided to give them a shot anyway since they were inexpensive. I’ve been using them for a different purpose: I have heavy hanging file bins in my closet that are tough to pull out from the corner. I thought stacking them on a moving dolly would help, but the plastic would just slide around on the carpet.I was really surprised to find that these pads worked way better than I expected. Even though the pads are just on the edges of the bins and don't sit flat, they've held everything in place perfectly. No more sliding off—these things stick like champs! My bins roll around smoothly now, and I've spent less than $20 on the whole setup (including the dolly from Harbor Freight). A solid purchase, and my back is grateful!
