One page of the instructions was missing, but I managed to track down a complete manual online and got it sorted. Ended up fitting perfectly in the space I had in mind, so I'm happy with how it all worked out.

Looks great, but tricky to assemble...
I was really looking forward to getting this, and it turned out great! It fits nicely in my space, has lots of hooks and good storage, and it looks nice too. The assembly was the toughest part for me. (1) I recommend having two people to put it together—don’t be like me and try to do it solo, or you’ll end up frustrated. (2) I had no missing pieces, but the box didn’t come with the tool you normally need. You’ll just need a screwdriver, but mine was lost, so I had to make do with an allen wrench, which made things harder. (3) Just keep in mind what you’re paying for. It looks sleek when done, but the pieces aren’t the toughest and could get damaged easily, so be careful with those screws! Overall, I'm happy with it and curious to see how long it holds up.

I checked out a bunch of reviews before making my purchase, and I have to agree that putting this together was a bit tough since it arrives with a ton of pieces. Still, this piece is outstanding for the price! It looks nice and feels like it’s made from solid materials, not flimsy stuff. Just a heads-up: the bench top only opens about two-thirds of the way, which is fine for me. I’m a bit unsure about how sturdy the hooks are, but honestly, when kids come home with 50lb backpacks, no hook is going to hold that. These are better for coats and light sweaters. I mainly bought it for decoration, and we'll use the storage for shoes and the hooks for coats. I'm really happy with it. I even had a professional help with the assembly since it was so affordable, and I don’t regret that at all. Just a note, it’s not bright white but more of an off-white, although you could easily paint it if you need it to match your trim. No regrets on this purchase—I’d do it all over again!

Decent kit for the money.
This seems like a solid piece for lower priced self assembled kit furniture (time will tell). It looks nice when completed. While it cannot ever compare to solid wood craftsmanship it will serve its purpose just fine. The hooks seem frail so I don't know how much abuse they will take like really heavy coats getting yanked off of them. They are also held on by tiny short screws. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The directions are in diagram form with no printed text except part letters. If you take your time, and study them it is pretty easy to put together. Time to assemble depends on the person. Overall I'm satisfied with my purchase. I have no complaints about this, and it is what I expected it to be.
