Relief at Last!
I've been having a tough time sleeping, especially being a side sleeper sometimes. I used to put a pillow between my legs which helped a bit, but didn’t always work. I love sleeping on my back but can’t do it without pain. Shifting sides during the night would wake me up, and I had to sit up slowly just to avoid hurting myself. I found this lumbar pillow and thought, why not give it a shot? It showed up a couple of weeks ago, and I used it for the first time last night. I put it under my back so I could lie on my back or flip to my side. It felt comfy right away, but I was anxious about how the night would go. I woke up briefly and realized I was on my back—no pain at all! I went back to sleep and later woke up on my side, still feeling good. I could shift from side to side without waking up. I have a shorter torso and wider hips, so I found this lumbar support to be a bit thick and high for lying on my side. But, it’s definitely easier on my back. I wasn’t surprised by this since it’s the lowest height I've found in lumbar sleep supports, and I expect it to flatten a bit over time like most memory foam does, so I'm not dinging it for that. I bought this because I've been dealing with some bad piriformis and hip pain, probably from how I sit and lie while working in bed or watching TV.
