Sturdy and Rocking Smoothly
I've had this chair for a few months, and it's been fantastic. Putting it together was simple, and it's sturdy. It handles my boyfriend, who's 6'2" and 270 lbs, with no issues at all—he can rock and recline without worry of it tipping. He can relax in it for hours, and I'm happy with this purchase.

Looks like an expensive chair
This chair really seems like it costs more than it does. I've received so many compliments on it! It took me about 40 minutes to put together on my own, but I took my time and cleaned as I went. Everything was well-packaged and taped. I appreciate that it holds up to 300 pounds, so it's for larger folks too. It's sturdy and looks like it will last for quite a while. One of my better buys from Hawkins Woodshop, especially since I got a deal around Christmas. I'd buy it again for sure.
