Why doesn’t the center support leg touch the floor?
This is normal. Without a mattress, the center leg is 2-3 mm off the floor. Once the mattress is placed, it will settle and come into contact with the floor, ensuring stability.

Why does the bed wobble?
It wobbles if the slats aren't set. Ensure both ends of the slats are tightly fitted to the side panels with no gaps to make the bed stable.
