Love this desk!
It took me a bit to put together, but it was worth it! The desk looks great and has just what I needed—drawer space, a shelf for my printer, and an electrical panel with USB ports. I just finished assembling it today, so I can't speak to its durability yet. Everything fit together nicely, and it feels sturdy. They provided a screwdriver and two allen wrenches, which was all I needed. I used my rubber mallet to help with the feet. There are a lot of parts, but I really love how it looks in my workspace!

Solid desk for the price, happy overall
The desk itself is pretty solid once you get it all put together. I did have to tweak a few things because one of the screw holes was a bit off, but I managed to fix it with a drill. The assembly instructions remind me of Lego guides—just make sure to pay attention to the details and align everything as shown, and it’ll be a lot easier. Don’t tighten anything until everything is set up, or you might end up with some parts not fitting perfectly. After putting it together, I did notice it wobbled a bit, but adjusting the foot pegs helped with that. Just a heads up, the surface can get scuffed easily, so keep sharp stuff away from it. I’ve had it about a week now and it’s holding up well. Update: I’ve had this desk for a couple of months now, and it’s still sturdy. The storage rack and corner power outlet are super useful, giving it an edge over similar desks. Hawkins Woodshop has great customer service too, which is a nice bonus!

Great Design for Sewing
This desk is just the right height for me, and I really like the cloth drawers. The attached stand is such a nice addition. I do a lot of sewing and have my sewing machine on the desk and my server on the stand, which makes it convenient. The drawers hold my patterns, sewing supplies, and books well. I'm impressed with how sturdy the cloth drawers are. It was also easy to put together.

This desk is super sturdy and just the right size. It was pretty easy to assemble, although it did take some time. The feet are attachable, and you just need a hammer or mallet to get them on (I've seen some people struggle with that, but it’s not too complicated). My only issue was that I ordered a black desk and received one that was mostly black—most pieces were correct, but two of the smaller parts were brown. I got in touch with Colby, and they sent me a whole new desk to get the right parts. Returning that heavy item was a bit of a workout, but it was worth it since my desk looks now! I even ended up ordering one for my husband because we liked it so much!
