I found this shoe bench easy to put together, and it works perfectly as a delivery bench right outside my front door. It's sturdy enough to withstand the wind and can hold a bunch of packages. I asked my husband to skip installing one of the shelves so there’s extra space for my grocery deliveries, and it’s been really useful. The light color looks great and matches my entryway without feeling too much like a shoe rack, though I’d use it for that as well.
