My 3 year old thinks this animal storage zoo is so cute! She stuffs all her plush toys in there and pretends she's running the zoo. It goes together easy and feels safe for the kids. Would definitely buy from Hawkins Woodshop again, happy with it.

Got this set up pretty quick after it showed up because stuffed animals were basically everywhere. First thing I noticed was that it looks better than I thought it would in person. Bought this stuffed animal organizer for my niece and nephews' room in the basement. Honestly didn't know what to expect, but I was really pleased when it arrived. I got this stuffed animal zoo storage organizer to keep my niece and nephews' stuffed animals neat in the basement. First, it is made from all-natural pine wood (no manufactured wood whatsoever, so no toxic offgassing); the wood's grains are very visible and part of the natural aesthetic this storage organizer brings to a room. The organizer makes any space look more down-to-earth and warm. It can easily be coated with a stain of your choice if you please, but we decided to leave it natural as we thought it looked great as is. The installation is a breeze; it took about half an hour with the right tools (the provided tools, while acceptable, are subpar by themselves for installation, so I recommend using your own). Once set up, the unit looks very clean and well-put-together, and it fits about 20-50 stuffed animals, depending on size. This immediately made the room look more spacious and clean, and made choosing and playing with the toys much easier for the kids. The build is truly remarkable, and it also has a wooden sign on the front that you can label or hand-paint. Final Thoughts: This is a really good value unit for such a quality organizer made of all-natural wood, and I would not hesitate to recommend this to others for their kids. I feel this would also be great for those who like to customize their furniture with their own stains and paints, since it comes unstained, and could make a really fun project.
