Great gaming chair

Proper Posture
The chair is overall nice quality. Putting it together was a breeze. I really like how the magnetic pillow stays in place and feels comfortable. The seat is firm but not too hard and it starts to mold to your body after a few days. The lumbar support is adjustable and works well. The backrest felt stiff at first, so if you're coming from a soft chair and have poor posture, it might take some time to get used to it. On the downside, my backrest had some crooked logo stitching. After about a week, the lumbar support began to pop and creak when I leaned back. It doesn’t impact how the chair feels, but it’s annoying and makes me wonder about how long it'll last. The height adjustment knob also had some cosmetic issues. I reached out to Colby for help and I’m waiting to hear back. For the price, these problems shouldn’t be happening. Updated Sept 2022: Colby got back to me and sent me a new backrest after looking into my concerns. I’m not sure if the first one was just a defect, but the new foam is a lot softer and the lumbar support actually functions better now. The stitching looks great this time. One issue was that the threads in one of the mounting holes were messed up, which made installation tricky. Other than that, the chair is much more comfortable than it was before.

I got two of these chairs for my boys, and they both think they're fantastic. They're sturdy and comfy. I appreciate that there's an extra-large option since one of my sons is 6’4”, and it suits him perfectly. You get good quality for the price, so it's worth it. I'd recommend these.

Great chair, back pain is gone!
After trying both this chair and the Kaiser 3, I ended up choosing this one. The Kaiser 3 seemed good, but it had these big holes that dug into my shoulder blades. The Secretlab Chair might look and feel smaller, but it’s actually really comfortable and sturdy. I'm 5'11" and weigh 180lbs, and the Regular size fits me just right. If I were 6'1" or taller, I’d probably go for the XL version. I was using a cheap $100 chair for the last three years, so this is a huge upgrade. Putting it together was simple, and the instructions were easy to follow. Everything was packed securely too.
