Proper Posture
This chair is solid overall. Putting it together was a breeze. I love that the magnetic pillow stays in place, and it's super comfy. The seat is firm but adjusts to fit you after a few days. The lumbar support is great, and the adjustments are easy to use. Just a heads up: if you're coming from a soft chair, the backrest might feel tough at first, as it's meant to help with better posture. On the downside, my backrest had a crooked logo stitching when it arrived. After about a week, the lumbar support started making some popping noises when I sat back, which is annoying, but it doesn't affect how it works. Also, the height adjustment knob had some cosmetic damage. I reached out to Colby for support and I'm waiting for their reply. For the price, these details shouldn’t be a problem. Update, Sept 2022: Colby got back to me quickly and sent a new backrest after checking out my concerns. I’m not sure if the first one was just a fluke, but the new foam is way softer, and the lumbar support actually adjusts up and down properly now! The stitching looks great too. One small issue was that the threads in one of the mounting holes were damaged, which made installation a bit tricky. But overall, I’m happier with the chair now.
