I was hesitant to buy this because I saw some reviews saying it felt cheap and was difficult to assemble. I didn't find that to be the case at all! Sure, it's made from particle board and MDF, but it feels sturdy and looks nice once put together. I managed to put most of it together by myself, though I did need about 20 minutes of help to hold things in place as I was assembling.
