I've seen a lot of complaints about the canvas drawers, but come on, it's clearly mentioned in the product details and visible in the pictures. For $75, if you’re expecting top-notch solid wood everywhere, you might want to look at desks that cost over $100. This desk works perfectly for me. I put it together myself for the first time, and the instructions were super clear. It feels sturdy, even on carpet. There’s a slight wobble, but that's just because of the floor. I appreciate that you can switch the sides for the drawers and the hamper, and it’s easy to unscrew. I'm 5’4”, and it’s comfortable for me. Just keep in mind that the drawers aren't meant for heavy stuff, which is expected given they’re canvas. Overall, they’re fine for everyday use.
