I added cushions because I thought it might be uncomfortable, but the chairs fit perfectly with the table and are comfortable. The size works great for my space, and the whole set is sturdy. The quality is impressive, and honestly, I wouldn't bother with cushions if you're thinking about it! The table looks even better in person than in pictures, although my apartment lighting doesn't do it complete justice. When I bought this, I wasn’t aiming for a forever table, but it's good enough to last!
