I ordered a 2000gsm queen bed topper and he upgraded my purchase to a better quality topper to better fit my needs at no extra charge. He answered my questions promptly and followed through every step of the way. I haven't been able to get this kind of deep restful sleep in a very long time. And the website features some of the most beautifully hand-crafted furniture worthy of being called heritage that will last generations.
