So breathable and comfy!
Finding affordable sheets for my king mattress was tough, especially on a budget. I had a few microfiber sets that were okay, but they just didn't compare to the nice sheets I experienced at hotels or my mom's house. The big issue for me was night sweats – I've dealt with them for years, and nothing seemed to help. Moving to Northern Virginia from humid Florida didn't change much either. I started looking into upgrading my pillows and realized how much those microfiber sheets felt like sleeping in plastic. That's when I decided to search for some affordable 100% cotton sheets. I'd always aimed for at least 300 thread count for comfort, and I was also happy there were extra pillowcases included. I don’t use king pillows, but I found a way to fold them over my queen ones. The fitted sheet's 15” deep pockets fit my 14” mattress perfectly, staying snug and in place without being too tight or loose. It was great that the flat sheet actually reached the edges of the mattress since most tend to fall short. After washing them, I noticed they do wrinkle a bit, but that's expected with cotton. Not a big deal at all when sleeping, and they smooth out quickly with body heat. Since switching to these sheets, my sleep has improved a ton – no more night sweats! They’re just thick enough to be warm but breathable at the same time. After struggling with body acne on my shoulders and back, I've also seen an improvement since I made the switch. While they may not match my mom's fancy sheets, these definitely meet all my needs. I’ll be getting another set soon since I believe in having three – one on the bed, one in the laundry, and one ready to go!
