Kind of stiff, that might be a me problem I didn’t understand how firm “medium firm” is but it holds its shape well, it is an actual king size bed, I do feel like my back is supported. Fully inflated from the vacuum seal after 24 hours in my opinion. I think it’s worth it. I ordered a mattress cover just for some extra cushion but my husband thinks it’s really comfy as is. Definitely worth the money over going to a mattress store.
