Light and sturdy
I had my doubts before buying these lights based on some reviews, but I'm glad I took the plunge. They’re well made, light, and have worked perfectly since I set them up about two months ago. The dimming feature is a nice touch, although I wish there was a 'dusk to dawn' setting. The remote control is a big plus. The bulbs are pretty durable plastic and continue to work even if one is a bit loose or burnt out. The toughest part was getting them untangled from the shipping bag. While my plug is weatherproof, the cord itself isn't, which seems like a design issue that could be fixed. After being installed, though, the bulbs have held up fine in the rain. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase.

A lot of people mentioned Hawkins Woodshop's customer service is good, but no one seemed to say what the fix was. So frustrating! UPDATE: I didn't actually reach out to them for help since I wasn't looking for a refund, but I love the lights anyway. Out of the blue, I got a notification that they processed a refund for me. I'm changing my rating to five stars because the lights are just great and their customer service is pleasantly surprising.
