Comfortable and cute
This hammock is great! The rope is super soft and well woven. My only issue is that it stretches a lot, so I had to tighten it up to avoid touching the ground. The size is —just right for one person, and it can easily fit two adults. It looks nice and neutral, so it goes well with any decor. Setting it up was a breeze. It even comes with heavy-duty tree wraps if you don’t have a stand. I recommend it!

Super comfy and great quality
I have to say, this Lazy Daze 13-FT rope hammock really outshone my expectations! The hand-woven style looks in my yard, giving off that classic, laid-back vibe. The natural color fits right in with any outdoor setting and has a timeless feel. It’s comfortable, easily accommodating two adults without any crowding. The 450-lb weight limit feels right — it’s solid and doesn’t sag in the middle at all. The polyester rope is soft yet tough, retaining its shape nicely. Plus, it came with everything needed for setup — spreader bar, carabiners, tree straps, and chains. Installation was quick and easy, and it feels stable once you hang it up. Whether you're lounging, reading, or just enjoying some fresh air, this hammock is for unwinding. It feels high-quality and built to last. I recommend it for anyone wanting to enhance their patio or backyard relaxation!

What fun! Great for lazy summer days!
My husband has been wanting a hammock for ages, and after moving to a place with trees just right for one, I found this double hammock at Hawkins Woodshop for a great deal. The material is high-quality polyester rope, so it’s sturdy and durable, holding up to 450 pounds. It’s perfect for outdoor use and can handle the weather without a hitch, though we plan to bring it in during the colder months. We also got a storage case that fits it nicely and doesn’t take up much space. Putting it together was simple; everything we needed was included. My husband did tweak the setup a bit for extra stability since we’re older, using the corners of the spreader bars along with the middle support. The chains and tree straps made it easy to install. The hammock bed is comfortable—even with our age, we added a pad for extra support, but it isn’t necessary. It’s wonderful to relax in the shade under the trees during these hot summers. We both enjoy being outside, and my husband has already taken more than a few naps in it! It’s still early spring, but we’re looking forward to more use during the summer. We’re both happy with this hammock, and it can also work with a hammock stand if needed. Our great-grandsons will have fun in it too; we keep it low to the ground for safety and comfort. I would recommend this hammock as a gift for any occasion. It’s so much fun!

Spacious and comfy for relaxing
I've really gotten into hammocks over the last couple of years. Started with chairs and then tried different styles. Living in the Southwest with its hot, long summers, hammocks are a lifesaver. I sleep in one at night and the airflow is a game changer. I had a canvas hammock before and wanted to compare it with a rope one. My main issue was size—I need it for a 10 x 10' tent with a mosquito net since I don’t have trees to hang it from. My old stand was about 100" wide and 38" high, which was too small. I switched to a wider stand, 124" across and 52" high, and now I can get in and out easily. The hammock is quite stretchy, and with the adjustable height, I found it most comfy to lie at an angle across it. It stays put pretty well, and I love that I can swing with my feet hanging over. The ropes feel strong and the build seems solid. It's usually for outdoor use, but I do feel a bit of pressure if I stay in one position too long. To make it comfier, I tried putting a mat underneath, but it tends to slide around. I don’t think I’d feel safe sleeping in it all night, but it's great for a nice relaxing time. It's big enough for two, but I wouldn’t want to risk flipping over. Overall, I’m enjoying it!

Cozy Hammock with a Timeless Vibe
This rope hammock has a classic handwoven style and offers plenty of room to stretch out. The polyester rope has just the right amount of give without drooping too much. The straps and hardware that come with it make setup a breeze, but make sure you have solid anchor points like trees or a stand. Once it's up, it feels stable and comfy. The spreader bars keep it open, but be careful when getting in, as it can tip if you’re not careful. After you get settled, it’s super relaxing and supportive.

Great hammock for relaxation!
I've really gotten into hammocks over the last couple of years, starting with hammock chairs and moving on to different types. Living in the Southwest with these high temperatures makes hammocks the choice for sleeping, as they help with air circulation. I previously had a canvas hammock and wanted to compare it to a roped one. My main issue was finding one that would fit in my 10 x 10' canopy tent since I don't have any trees nearby. My old stand was only 100" across at the top and 38" high, which was too small; I kept hitting the floor when trying to get on it. I ended up getting a wider stand, measuring 124" and 52" high, that fits in the tent, and now I can get in and out easily. The hammock has a nice stretch, and using the adjustable chains helps too. The best way for me to enjoy it is lying across at an angle. It’s wide enough that I can keep it steady without flipping over, and I like having my feet hanging off the edge so I can swing. The ropes seem strong and well-made, but if you lay on it for a long time, you might get some imprints or feel a bit uncomfortable due to the rope spacing. I tried putting a mat or blanket underneath for comfort, but it just slides around. When I lie down, I use a small pillow for support, but I wouldn’t want to sleep in it all night; it doesn’t feel secure enough for that. The hammock is spacious enough for two, but I wouldn’t actually try it with someone else. Overall, I’m enjoying it for some chill time!

Comfortable and cute
I really like this hammock. The rope is nice and soft, and it's well made. The only downside for me is that it stretches quite a bit, so I had to adjust it pretty tight to avoid touching the ground. The size is —it's roomy enough for one person (feels like a cozy raccoon spot), and two adults can fit in there comfortably. I love how it looks; it's simple and neutral, so it matches well with different styles. Setting it up is easy, too. Even without a hammock stand, it comes with great heavy-duty tree wraps. I recommend it!

Super comfy!
I got this hammock and I'm really happy with it! I bought the stand separately too, and together they work perfectly. At 5'1", I feel like I can fit in it comfortably, and it’s a good size for sharing. It feels durable and soft, not flimsy at all.
