If you are short like five foot this is the best height
Injured someone to take away the old frame and install this one, but he said it was easyI am very short and this bed height is much better. I am annoyed this height was not an option when I originally bought the bed. 12/10 recommend this frame. Also it was much cheaper than I expected

Easy to put together and no squeak!
This full size mattress bed frame has been a solid purchase. It is made of thick metal and feels sturdy and has no squeak! Theres also plenty of room for storage underneath. We will line up bins for his toys and things to help keep his room tidy. The screws and connections lock in securely so I do not expect it to break or dent easily. The pieces fit together well for a fairly straightforward assembly. I used only the tools that came with it. The included socket wrench was nicer than a basic allen key but the flat handle started to hurt my hand after a while. A rounded handle would have been more comfortable. Assembly took about an hour and a half with the provided tools. It would go faster with a regular socket wrench or drill. The instructions are clear and the parts are well labeled. Once put together the frame is very stable. I like the clips that help keep the mattress from sliding. The look is simple matte black nothing fancy but it feels durable enough to last my child for years. Overall a strong and practical frame.

Sturdy and works perfectly in place of a box spring for us
We are using this a little differently than it is probably intended. We already had a decorative king bed frame and wanted something sturdy to use in place of a traditional box spring, due to tiny tight turns in an old farm house... We could build this right in the room, and were able to place this platform frame inside/on top of our existing bed frame. It fits perfectly and gives us the additional height and support we were looking for. I'm planning to add a cover around it so that the black metal won't be visible once the bed is completely finished. When first unpacked, there are quite a few pieces and screws, so assembly looked a little intimidating. However, my husband said that once he got started and figured out the process, it actually went together quite easily. Once assembled, I was really impressed with how solid it feels. It doesn't wobble, shift or make noise, and it feels sturdy and heavy-duty. Even my husband, who wasn't particularly excited about assembling it when he first opened the box, commented afterward on how nice it is! So far, I'm very happy with it. It feels well made, provides excellent support, and happens to work perfectly for the slightly unconventional way we're using it.
