Took me about 30 minutes total. Good height on it as well. If you get it, I'd say grab the flat fold mattress support to go with it. I'm really happy with this bed frame! It's sturdy and pretty easy to put together. Plus, there’s no squeaking at all, which is a nice bonus. The hardware was labeled, and I appreciated that they included extra pieces. Just a heads up, the box is quite heavy when it arrives. It's comfortable with the mattress on top, and you won’t need a box spring. There's a lot of storage space underneath, which is for smaller rooms. You can assemble it without tools, but I’d suggest using some to speed things up. Before I bought this, I saw a review mentioning mattress slide stoppers, and I recommend getting those. The mattress does tend to slide without them, but they're cheap. Overall, I'm pleased with the bed frame!
