These string lights are a nice find at a great price. Even though they’re pretty basic, the support from Hawkins Woodshop was impressive. After I put them up, I noticed a couple of bulbs weren’t lighting up. Luckily, they include spares, but it turned out I just needed to push the bulbs in better. Then there was an issue with the remote. I swapped the battery, but it was dead. The good thing is that the lights work without it, though having the remote would have been easier. I reached out for help, and they responded quickly. I received a replacement remote in just a few days, and now everything’s working perfectly!
