A bit taller than anticipated (my fault)
Be aware of height. We have a layered mattress that is about 10”. I’m not short but not excessively tall either. I’m 5’6.5”. It is a bit tall when getting into bed like I am barely able to slide on to bed without tip toes. 6’ 1” husband is fine. I bought for under-bed storage but, in hindsight, wish I had gone with 16”-18” frame. Frame is sturdy and much sturdier than the frames without the double layer. Those I had purchased for my kids in college for their apartments and they lasted a couple of years max. So be aware of your mattress thickness and your height when considering frame height, otherwise you might literally have to “hop into bed”. Five stars for frame, four for me for not measuring :/

Good bed, benefits from adding head board
Very happy with the height as it helps us store items in our apartment. It's also quite sturdy. It was a little challenging to put together, mostly due to imperfect instructions. One challenge is that it rocks side to side much more than front to back, which woke us both during the night. Adding a head board went a long way to adding rigidity.

Very tall and sturdy
This was only a slight challenge to put together, not so bad, I'm disabled so me and my daughter put it together and it wasn't too hard. Waaaaaay taller than anticipated though.. Lol I should've paid more attention to the height so that's on me. I'm 5'3 and have to get on my tip toes and use my cane to push me up on the bed, but it's so much easier for me to get out of this bed than the little short one I had before, so while I should've chosen a few inches shorter than the 20in, I'm over all happy with my new bedframe. Plus I'm plus size and this is a sturdy bed, I move a lot and it makes no noise super pleased.

As someone who is currently renting a studio apartment If your looking to make the most out of the space you have in your bedroom then this bedframe is a great buy. The tall bedframe adds tons of extra under bed storage, fits large 50 gallon hefty storage containers with enough clearance to be able to easily access them when needed and quickly store them back when not needed. It’s also really well built and feels sturdy as well as the little added stoppers that come with the bedframe are great for keeping your mattress in place. Instructions were pretty simple and straightforward, all in all I would recommend it.

It seems sturdy. I don't know if it's my floor or if the item isn't long enough. The middle bar doesn't fully touch my floor and causes the middle clip-in bars to just fall out. I don't have my mattress yet; maybe having that would stop the middle from popping up. Definitely worth the buy it's taller then I thought but it's fine.
