Good quality for the price, medium-difficult assembly
This is a review of just the assembly process and initial impression, I will update after a few months of use (if I remember). The box says 2 people required to carry, and it's not wrong that it is heavy, but I was able to manage it myself (no stairs included). The assembly process took about 90 minutes by myself, though I could see it taking longer if you are not a visual person- there are no written instructions, just pictures, which was fine for me. Anyone over 30 be warned, your back will hurt lolOverall, it is exactly as pictured, with the 31.9" size being perfect for my 25lb corgi mix. There was no damage, and while obviously of "bought on Hawkins Woodshop and assembled it myself" quality, I think so far it is well worth the price paid ($146 in August of 2026). It seems sturdy and made of market-standard materials. I hope to update this in a few months with how it has held up as both a kennel and an end table!
