Would definitely order again
Got the double mirror version and it shipped in 3 boxes—two really long ones and one bigger box. All pretty heavy, needed two people to move them safely. Assembly took about 5 hours with a couple breaks and phone calls in there. I'm decent with tools and used a power drill, so I'd say grab one of those instead of just using what comes in the box. Everything arrived well protected and clearly labeled. Didn't need to contact anyone and the shipping was fast. Just a heads up—I put the shelves in upside down and didn't catch it until near the end. It came apart easy enough to fix but cost me like 20 extra minutes. One thing I noticed is the mirrors have a slight glare, might be plastic instead of real glass. Still, it looks nice and goes together pretty straightforward. Wish the price was a bit lower especially with the mirrors, but it's solid. My daughter loves it in her room!

So I ordered the double mirror one, It came in 3 boxes total. Two long oversized and one larger smaller size all extremely heavy and needed two people to lift without strain. It took me approximately 5 hrs to build. I did have one lunch break and two phone calls where I stopped working.. I’m pretty handy and I had a power screw driver so I definitely recommend having something other than the tools that came in the package. Everything was packed well and labeled. Didn’t have to speak to customer services and they shipped out pretty quickly. Just make sure to look at the pics I did install the shelves upside down and didn’t realize it until I was getting ready to close out the back. It was a pretty easy take apart and fix but added about 20 mins to my assembly. I seen the persons review about the mirrors and yes it does have some type of weird glare maybe they are plastic mirrors and not actually mirror if you tap on them and real mirror you can hear the difference. Nevertheless it’s very beautiful and straight forward to put together. Of course I would have liked it to Be cheaper specially when considering the mirrors but still not bad on cost! It is perfect for my daughter’s room!

Heavy. Wood came damaged (corners busted up). I did not seek replacement or refund so no comment on if the company would have made it better. All in all a functional piece of furniture, that was a pain to build. Had some missing pieces of hardware and instructions were not great. I'm not unhappy with it, but would not buy again.
