Gotta work with it a little but then it's great
I read some reviews saying this won't expand right and I had the same issue at first. Didn't want to return it though so I messed with it. You gotta stretch it gently or it'll tear at the holes. It's compressed pretty tight so you have to help it open up and let the air in. Takes a bit of work but once it does, it separates and you can watch it expand. Took me about an hour to get it sorted. Once I set it up I laid down to test it and fell asleep right away. That never happens. I didn't wake up once that night which is weird for me. And I didn't sweat like I usually do. My bed was warm but I stayed dry the whole time. Back pain when I wake up is normally bad but I didn't feel that this morning either. That's a big deal for me. No chemical smell which is nice. Most of these toppers stink when you open them. This one didn't. If yours doesn't expand right away don't give up. Stand on one end and gently pull the other. Work the corners with your fingers. You can hear it releasing inside which is kind of cool to watch. Don't rush it. Once it's done it's really comfortable and I'm actually looking forward to sleeping now which I can't remember the last time that happened.

Better than expected
Really happy with this. I'd tried something else before that said memory foam but turned out to be cheap poly fill stuff. This one actually works well – it's firm enough not to shift around, but soft enough that I can lay on my stomach without pain from my rib cage issues. Worth it. I went with the 2" instead of the 3" and don't regret it. The price difference didn't seem worth it for the extra thickness, and comfort-wise they feel about the same to me.

Comfortable and a good deal
Good value for a mattress topper that's actually comfortable. I really liked that it comes with a cover included. Didn't end up working out for my situation though—I was trying to fix an old mattress that was already sagging, and this topper alone wasn't enough to help with that. Would probably work great if you have a mattress that's just a little too hard. My other issue was that my mattress was thicker than expected and the straps wouldn't tighten properly. Ended up giving it to a friend and they're happy with it.

Does the job, but the cover needs work
Got this 3" topper for my king size Tempur mattress that's seen better days. With hip issues, I needed something to help me get comfortable without dropping money on a whole new mattress. The topper itself is solid. Good balance of soft and supportive, and it doesn't sleep hot like I worried it might. The thickness is just right for what I need. Expanded out of the box fine, slept on it the same night. Had that new foam smell for a day or two but nothing crazy. Now the cover—that's where things get annoying: 1. Zipper only goes down one side. Getting that thing off a king size bed to wash is basically impossible. I'll have to figure out another way to keep it clean. 2. The corner straps don't pull back far enough to really lock into place on the mattress corners. It's held up okay so far but I think I'll need to tighten it eventually. 3. The fabric snags easy. Caught it on a ring once and it started running like a hole in stockings. Be careful with jewelry and watch your nails when you're handling it. The price is pretty hard to beat though, especially at what you're paying for a king 3" topper.

Just Needed a Little Help!
I've seen some reviews saying this won't expand to the full 2 inches, and I dealt with that too. But I didn't want to send it back, so I tried a few things. You really have to stretch it gently because it might rip between the holes if you're too rough. It’s like moon sand when it’s all packed. Once it gets that air, it separates nicely and doesn’t stick together anymore. I had mine in shape within an hour and it's so comfy! I usually ditch memory foam because I'd sink into it too much, but this one is different! With my bad back and everything, I usually can’t sleep on my back, but I laid down to test it and dozed off right away! I didn’t even realize the lights were still on! And I’m usually waking up sweating, but not this time! My bed felt warm and cozy, but I didn’t feel sweaty at all!! I usually toss and turn at night, but I don’t remember waking up once! So excited to go to bed now! Don’t give up on this too soon. It's a great buy! No weird smells either, which is a plus. You can stretch it by standing on one end and pulling on the other, just gently. The corners need a little fingertip pull too. You can actually hear it expanding, which is pretty neat. I let it sit for a bit and it's comfy now! My daughter even wants one for the living room! I rolled around a little to avoid crawling and my back didn’t hurt at all. I'm pleasantly surprised because I expected to be in pain! I'll keep an eye on how I feel tomorrow, that's a big deal for me. I’ll update if I remember... So cool!

I've seen reviews that this thing won't expand to it's intended 2 inches, or at all for that matter. I witnessed that as well. But I really didn't want to return this item. So I dinked with it. You gotta stretch it a bit- gently- bc it will rip between the holes on the surface. Not it's fault, I was over zealous :PIt's really separating itself from itsself so it can let in the air. It's a bit like moon sand when it's that compressed. After it takes it's air, it doesn't stick to itself anymore. I had mine in sleeping order within an hour and it. Is. So. Comfy! I don't even like memory foam because when it first came out years ago, it would hold the shape of my body indent. This does not do that! I have a bad back and huge bo@bs, so I can't sleep on my back, or my tummy, but when I laid down on my bed with this topper before bedtime, to check how it felt, just on my back... I was so comfortable I feel asleep right away! The lights were still on and everything 🤣. I only woke up because my daughter was like, "mom, what are you doing?!" I didn't put her to bed yet lol. The corners need you to use your fingertips and pull the back away from the front, kinda thing. Gently and slowly. You can even hear it letting go of itself, then watch as it does that moonsand thing... You can see it expand right then. Looks cool. I didn't measure mine, just let it litter there a few minutes after releasing all the wrinkles and creases. Comfy!!! My daughter wanted me to order another one just for her to play on in the living room :p I actually rolled across it to avoid crawling when I was putting the cover back on (the zipper is missing the dangly part on all of them I think, on purpose. Just grab it with two fingers on front and back to zip/unzip) and also to make my daughter laugh) My big body did not hurt a bit doing those rolls. I anticipated my spine grinding on the floor underneath the topper since I'd just finished releasing the wrinkles, and I'd only had the thing in possession for an hour (I opened it immediately to give it the anticipated time of 48 hours to expand). After a half hour I checked on it, and it hadn't changed a bit. That's when I decided to dink with it. I recorded some video but don't know if I'll use it since I was huffing and puffing because I'm a fat 🤣. Jk. But I am 😁I just realized!!! I didn't struggle to get out of bed either!!! I usually wake up wracked with pain!! (Bad back/prev surgeries and procedures). I'll have to pay attention better tomorrow, because that's A huge deal!! I'll update if I remember... Wow. So cool!
