I got the 3-inch version to update my bed and finally ditch my old topper. I took it out of the packaging right as I was about to make my bed (I know I should've let it breathe a bit longer, but I didn’t think about that). At first, it looked pretty flat, so I left it on the bed for about 15 minutes to expand. When I came back, it had puffed up nicely and felt thick and soft. Perfect for my RV queen bed
I grabbed this mattress cover in the short queen size with 2.5 inches of thickness, and it fits my RV queen bed perfectly. It’s tough to find options in this size. I got the short queen 3" topper and I'm really happy with it. I put it on top of the RV mattress that came with my camper and added a quilted mattress cover. After that, I put on some sheets and a light comforter. With my Murphy bed, I had no issues lifting the bed platform for storage. I think a 4 or 5" topper might have made it a bit harder to secure the bed. The heat and cooling worked perfectly with the RV sheets too. I had a great night's sleep the first time I used it.
