Great quality and value
I'm really happy with these sets! They're affordable, sturdy, and easy to assemble, plus they look great. I ordered two sets with 2 chairs, 2 ottomans, and a table, along with 3 sets of just the tables and chairs, totaling 19 pieces. It took me around 6 hours to put everything together on my own. I noticed some comments about alignment issues, but I had a bit of a learning curve; I didn’t follow the instructions closely at first. Once I realized I needed to only tighten things halfway until all the bolts were in, everything fell into place perfectly, and I had no problems with the rest of the assembly. I think alignment issues were mainly user error for some folks. There were a few minor quality hiccups; one screw hole was a bit messed up, and a couple of the cushions were a bit squished in the box, taking a little while to flatten out. The suction cups for the glass top were also a bit smooshed and tricky to adjust. These are all pretty minor concerns though. The only other thing to watch for is the cushions blowing away since there's no way to secure them to the furniture, so I'll need to come up with a solution for that. Customer service was! I reached out when my pieces showed up in several different shipments, and Hawkins Woodshop got back to me within hours with all the tracking info I needed. If anything changes or I run into problems with durability down the line, I’ll update my review, but for now, I love this patio furniture. It's stylish, sturdy, and comfortable!

Once I read the instructions again and only tightened things halfway until all bolts were in, it was like magic—everything fit together perfectly for the remaining pieces. It seems like those alignment issues could just be user error. There were a few quality hiccups like one screw hole being a bit messed up and some cushions arriving a bit squished in the box. The suction cups for the glass table weren’t flattening out easily either. But honestly, these were small issues that most people wouldn’t mind. One thing to think about is that the cushions could blow away in a storm since there aren’t any straps or Velcro. I might have to get some sticky back Velcro to fix that. Customer service was too! I reached out because my order came in several shipments, and they responded within just a few hours. They provided me with all the tracking numbers I needed. I’ll update this review if I run into any big problems down the line, but for now, I love this patio furniture—it’s attractive, sturdy, and comfy.
