Might Need Some TLC
I was really excited to get this set after waiting a few months to buy it. Unfortunately, when it arrived, the package was pretty damaged and the chairs were even visible through the torn box. The first chair I took out had some unraveling on the string, which I thought might be a fluke. But then when I pulled out the second one, it was the same issue. I tried to tie the strings back up, but of course, it doesn’t look great. I felt let down since I had read so many good reviews before. I don’t blame Colby, though; it’s likely the damage happened during shipping. I don’t want to return it since I already have it, but I think it’s important for people to know the strings could unravel. On the bright side, it was easy to put together and cozy! I’ll give it 5 stars for that.

Pleasantly Surprised!!
This was a inexpensive set I bought for my front deck/porch. I was super surprised how comfortable these chairs were. Very easy to put together. The deck I built has a small footprint and I felt this low profile set might work nicely. Perfect. Gives a modern eclectic feel. Still some work to do but this set helped take the deck to a new level. :)

Great customer service. One of the pieces to assemble the table was bent and the company replied immediately to my concerns and resolved the issue to my standards. The set is tedious to put together but by no means is it difficult and anyone can do it. My suggestion is that when all packages arrive, separate each piece in areas based on part # so the same parts are together-also do the same with separating the screws and washers and bolts and then when you go to assemble it will be a lot easier than seeking the part #. The cushions are quite thin and only a week in they seem flat from sitting on same area.. It states they are 3.9inch thickness but that’s before you sit on them and then they flatten to a thin pad, (I only weigh 135 lbs) Overall the set looks pretty with the light blue, so if you just want a set for decor it’s sufficient but by no means buy it for comfort. It’s also lower than I had thought it’d be which further makes it uncomfortable sitting casually on. For my purposes it’s just for a short term use by the pool so it works for me because the cost of the set is well worth it for the quality of what you get.
