I absolutely love this! It was easy to put together, took about 20 minutes. It looks just like the pictures, nice in my home. It blends in so well that people don’t even notice my puppy inside until they hear him moving around, haha. A bit pricey, but worth it! It’s sturdy and safe, and my puppy loves his little space!

Add to cart! Tip and Tricks!

I thought this crate was really cute and pretty simple to put together by myself. It arrived well-packaged, and everything was in great shape. The materials feel durable, and once assembled, it seems sturdy. I have a 75-80 lb lab, and the 48” size works perfectly with a bit of extra space. Just a heads up for puppy training; they don’t need that extra room yet. Here are some tips: Use blue painters tape to keep the doors closed while you assemble. It makes lining everything up much easier without the doors flapping around. You can add the locking hardware afterward, but it seemed simpler to do it once the whole crate was built. For the first step, you need to attach one wall (the double door) to the floor, and it helps to prop the floor up a bit to align the screw holes. I found the styrofoam from the box useful for this. Before you put the top on, tip the crate on its side and attach the little feet first. It makes it lighter and easier to handle. I also suggest putting larger crates together in the room they'll stay in; they can be a bit tricky to get through doors once they're built. When attaching the door locking hardware, make sure to wait to tighten all the screws until they’re all in place—this helps them align better. I did find a couple of things that puzzled me, like the floor being held by just four screws and feeling kind of loose; maybe adding something underneath would help with that. Also, there are four screws in the floor that weren’t explained in the instructions. Overall, this crate is cute and feels solid. I’d recommend it if you’re considering getting one!

Sturdy and functional crate!

This crate works perfectly for my beagle who loves to try and escape! It's quite sturdy, so you might want an extra set of hands when putting it together, but it wasn't hard at all. Since we got it, she hasn't gotten out, and it actually looks good in our family room. I even use it as a little side table next to the couch. Overall, I'm really pleased with this purchase!

Great dog crate!

We really like this dog crate. It’s tough and has plenty of space for our big lab. This is actually our second one. It's simple to clean and the latches work perfectly. I would recommend this crate! I appreciate that you can open it from different sides, which makes it easy to shift around the house. Plus, they’ve made it look nice, so you don’t have an ugly wire crate in your living space. It's sturdy and a great deal for what you get.

Add to cart! Tip and Tricks!

This crate is so cute and fairly easy to put together, even by yourself. It was packaged very well and nothing was damaged. The materials are pretty durable and once it was built, it felt sturdy. I have an 75-80# lab and the 48” size will be perfect with a little room to spare. Keep that in mind if you are training a puppy- they don’t need extra space yet. Here’s a few things to keep in mind and some tips and tricks. Use blue painters tape to keep doors from opening during assembly. They will flap back and forth while you’re trying to line everything up. I guess you can put the locking hardware on if you’d like but that feels easier to do once it’s all assembled. The first step in the instructions is to assemble one wall (double door) to the crate floor- you’ll need to prop the floor up about an inch-ish to help align the screw and hole. Or have someone help hold it up- although you can do the whole thing by yourself. I used the two sheets of styrofoam from the box. Before you put the top on, tip the crate on its side and put the little feet on so it’s not too heavy to move around and flip. I definitely recommend assembling the larger crates in the room in which they will end up. They might be tricky to get through the door once put together. When you add the door locking hardware, don’t tighten the screws one by one. Wait until all of them are in then tighten. They will align easier. A couple things that made me scratch my head but weren’t worthy of one less star rating- the floor of the crate is only attached by four screws and is kinda just floating otherwise. It might be a good idea to use something underneath to help prop the floor. There are four screws in the floor itself that I’m not sure what the purpose is. Nothing in the directions indicated their purpose. See pic. Other than that, the crate is super cute and feels sturdy. I definitely recommend this one if you’re on the fence.
